We have our own production of compressor units, pumping stations and other equipment, which are manufactured for the specific project and tasks of the Customer. Before shipment to the site, equipment produced by DM Refrigeration, in addition to inspection and testing, is also programmed and tested, this allows us to speed up the process of commissioning work at the site and avoid errors.
After delivering the equipment to the site, we install refrigeration systems. Standard installation steps for refrigeration systems:
- Installation of compressor units, condensers, refrigerant pipelines in the engine room and on the condenser platform. Piping of units, receiver stations, heat exchangers, condensers.
- Installation of a ground heating system (laying registers of ground heating tubes under the floors of freezers, pressure testing).
- Installation of a ground heating system in the engine room.
- Installation of refrigerant and coolant pipelines from the engine room to air coolers. Installation of air coolers. Piping of air coolers for refrigerant and coolant.
- Installation of thermal insulation on refrigerant and coolant pipelines.
- Installation of XC cable routes from the engine room to air coolers. Air cooler wiring.
- Installation of air cooler drainage systems.
- Installation of air cooler defrost system.
- Installation of XC cable routes in the engine room.
- Installation of an automation system.
- Tests.
- Refilling systems with working media.
- Carrying out commissioning works. Start-up and temperature control.
We employ our own project managers, engineers, mechanics and installers so we maintain control over the entire project. Reliability and responsibility throughout the entire duration of the project.
